Systems Overview

As our name implies, our primary business focus is control system integration. We are passionate about the supply of quality systems that fit the needs of our customers’ unique application requirements. Our process for system integration is straightforward, yet highly effective.

First, we thoroughly investigate your project’s technical and economic requirements. For simple projects, this is done with brief phone conversations or e-mails. For more complex projects, we will organize an application-engineering visit to your facility to see your existing system or to review your plans for a new system. While we research your project, we pay attention to your corporate equipment standards and overall automation goals. From our years of experience in system supply, we are skilled at both listening and comprehending your needs. We will prompt you with application questions to understand what you want to achieve while we mentally frame a best-fit control offering that optimizes your capital return on investment. We then verbally outline our thoughts for a proposed scope of supply. After we have captured the technical and economic nature of your application, we will submit you a proposal for the project.

Upon being awarded your project, a skilled design engineer is assigned based upon the needs of your application. The project engineer will review the proposal and then take the necessary steps to fill in the blanks required to complete a detailed technical design. Our design engineers are expert in supplying engineered solutions that meet your most demanding needs.

After you approve the design engineer’s concepts and preliminary drawing sets, we go about manufacturing the system at our site. We mount, wire, terminate, label all components to the exact electrical standards required by the system’s final location and environment.

Once system fabrication is completed, the design engineer performs a thorough test. We do as much in-house testing as possible prior to shipment to ensure an efficient site start-up. You are welcome to visit us during your system’s test to assure yourself that we have met your requirements.

After the system is delivered, our service department will coordinate with you the timing of the system start-up. We are capable of fully supporting your startup with turnkey services including mechanical, electrical installation as well as all control tuning and troubleshooting. After startup, we offer training classes for your personnel and also provide full site services throughout the life of the system.

Regardless of the breadth of our supply, our goal is to provide a system that meets or exceeds your expectations so that we are always considered your preferred system integration partner.
